I’m going to fast today. And then tomorrow I’m going to eat about 400 calories.
Then I’m going to stay under 400 for the rest of the week, until Christmas.
Then on Christmas I’m going to allow a whopping 800 calories, I think if I allow it, then it won’t be so bad, because I won’t be so bad, and then I won’t have to throw up. I hope.
Then on boxing day I’ll go to 500 calories, then 500 calories for that week.
Then on the 1st, I’m going to fast, and on the second I’m going to allow 200 calories.
Then I’m going to do ABC all over again.
